Our Process
We offer customization on our hickory brushes with a wide range of options. Custom possibilities include laser engraving, custom paint colors and striping, tether designs and canvas pouch designs (in larger quantities).
Our minimum order quantity starts at 25 brushes. Lead time and pricing varies depending on total number of units ordered and customized elements needed. Here's a little bit about our process and how we go about making your custom brushes:
1. Discussion
We have an initial conversation about your needs, customization options, quantity, lead time, pricing, etc.
2. Mockup
We send you a drawing mockup of your requested design(s) w/ your logo and paint scheme for you to approve.
3. Deposit
We send you an invoice with all the necessary details and you pay 50% of the total project fee up front.
4. Sample
Depending on timing, we send you a photo or mail a physical sample of your brush to approve the final design.
5. Production
We complete the rest of your order. Lead time varies depending on order quantity and project queue.
6. Shipment
We send you an invoice for the remaining 50%. Upon payment, we will send out the rest of your order!
