Which Hickory Golf Brush Is Right for You

We make four brushes. They all clean grooves. The differences come down to bristle type, handle length, how it connects to your bag, and how far the tether reaches.

Here is the short version.

PRO Plus

Our bestseller, and the only brush in the lineup with hybrid bristles. Nylon and phosphor bronze together.

The metal adds cleaning power. Packed dry dirt, wet clippings, a wedge face after a muddy lie. It gets through all of it faster than nylon alone.

There is a tradeoff. Phosphor bronze is a soft metal, which is the point. Soft enough that it will not scratch a clubface under normal use. It also means the bristles may splay over time. The more you use it, the more they open up. Most golfers make that trade.

Retractable coil tether with up to 15 inches of extra range. Compact handle, so it does not hang far down the bag. Black, Blue, or Green. $65.

Same handle. Same retractable tether. Extra-firm nylon bristles only.

Nylon holds its shape. That is why plenty of golfers pick the PRO after seeing both. It cleans well and it looks the same in year three as it did in month one.

The original. Standard 7 inch handle, the one people have been playing with for the past five years.

The tether is fixed at 6 inches. Long enough to clean a face properly with the brush still clipped to the bag. Nobody has asked for more.
